Tuition fees are due on the 1st of each month.

Tuition for the 2021-2022 should be paid by check, or by enrolling in auto-pay via the parent portal.
(Parents who opt to pay online are required to enroll in auto-pay).
*Refunds will not be given for missed or cancelled classes.

In the event that a student withdraws during the year, parent/guardian is responsible for all payments until written notification is submitted.
You must drop a class by the fifteenth of the month to stop auto-pay for the following month.
All classes must be dropped in writing, either by email to
[email protected] or in person.

There are no refunds of tuition for classes you’re scheduled to attend whether or not you attend the class, and there are no refunds for registration.
Tuition payments made after the 5th of the month will be subject to a $25 late fee.
Tuition more than 15 days past will result in a student not being allowed to participate in CBC classes.

We do not charge extra for months with 5 weeks.
We do not prorate for vacations or holidays.

Once you have registered you may log in to your Parent Portal to view your balance.
